1. Combine all ingredients into your ice cream maker. Place the lid on top and set into your bucket. Fill with ice, then cover the ice with rock salt. Turn the ice cream maker and let stir together for about 20 minutes. 2. Once creamy, scoop into containers about the size of your cookie, then freeze for a few hours. 3. Remove from freezer, run under warm water for a few seconds and place ice cream onto your cookie. Add top cookie, press together, pick up and enjoy! 4.
