These Juicy Glazed Pork Chops are a delightful and moist alternative to the dry ones you may have had in the past. Coated in a tangy and sweet sauce, these pork chops can be served with rice and broccoli, making for a satisfying lunch or dinner.

What you need

tbsp apple cider vinegar

pinch cayenne pepper

tbsp butter

tbsp brown sugar

tbsp water

tsp worcestershire sauce

tsp dijon mustard

tsp onion powder

tbsp fine sea salt

lb boneless pork loin

tbsp coconut aminos

tbsp garlic powder
Instructions
1. Mix seasonings together. Dab pork chops dry and coat generously with seasonings. 2. Add olive oil to a pan over medium high heat. Cook pork chops to an internal temp of 145°F. Remove when done and let rest. 3. Melt butter in the same pan. Once melted add in your sauce and bring to a simmer. Whisk occasionally until thickened enough to coat the back of a spoon. 4. Serve your pork chops with sauce drizzled over the top over a bed of rice and a side of broccoli. Enjoy!
