Messy Nachos Recipe

Your kids (and your guests) will be jumping for joy when you give this dinner idea a try…and not only is it delicious, it so easy to clean up—not so messy, eh! Pair it with some Wild Sol Salsa and you have several matches made in heaven!

What you need

fl oz olive oil

hass avocado

tbsp balsamic vinegar

tbsp ground cumin

tsp cayenne pepper

sweet onion

tbsp garlic powder
cup shredded cheddar
oz queso fresco

pickled jalapenos
lb ground beef

tomato

tbsp coriander

cup sweet corn

lb chicken breast

tbsp onion powder

tsp black pepper

tbsp paprika

bell pepper

cup lettuce

tbsp table salt

tbsp worcestershire sauce

tbsp oregano

tbsp chili powder

Instructions
1.) Cube chicken and drizzle with olive oil then cover with about half of the seasoning mixture. 2.) Add olive oil to a pan over medium high heat and cook chicken until done. 3.) Brown ground beef at the same time. Once browned, add remaining seasoning mixture and cook until combined and begins to thicken. 4.) Add onions and peppers to a large pan with olive oil over medium heat. Cook until softened, then add in Worcestershire sauce and balsamic vinegar. 5.) Assemble your nachos by laying down your chips, then meat, peppers and onions, corn, queso cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, jalapeños, and any other ingredients you’d like. 6.)
