What you need

cup water

tsp black pepper

tbsp onion powder

clove garlic powder

tsp paprika

cup rice

tsp table salt

cup parmesan cheese

lb chicken breast

cup parsley

tbsp garlic clove

cup cilantro

tsp red pepper flake

tbsp olive oil

cup heavy cream
fresh lime juice

tbsp hot sauce
tsp salt
Instructions
1.) Add chicken breasts, olive oil and spices to a bowl. Mix with hands until coated well. Add to a pan over medium heat and cook until done. Remove from pan to cutting board and let rest. 2.) Add water to a sauce pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling add rice, butter and lime juice. Cover and cook over low heat until rice is tender. Add in cilantro and salt to taste. Set aside. 3.) Melt butter in a sauce pan. Once melted add in pepper flakes and garlic. Cook until garlic is fragrant then add Parmesan cheese, Truff sauce, heavy cream, and parsley.
