A hearty breakfast sandwich featuring New York Strip steak, crispy bacon, hashbrowns, fried eggs, and cheddar cheese, all served on sourdough bread with a unique spicy strawberry mayo sauce.

What you need

oz cheddar cheese

russet potato

slice sourdough bread

tsp hot sauce
tbsp mayonnaise

tbsp strawberry jam

bacon
tsp salt & pepper

lb strip steak
egg
Instructions
1.) Season your steaks with salt. Drizzle olive oil in a pan over high heat. Place steaks into pan and sear on each side until a golden crust forms—about 5 minutes. 2.) Cook bacon in pan. Pour off bacon grease and set aside to oil pan for hashbrowns. 3.) Shred hashbrowns. Drizzle bacon grease on pan over medium heat and add hashbrowns. Cook until golden brown, flip and cook until golden on other side. 4.) Fry eggs over easy…because that’s the best way to cook eggs 😜 5.) Assemble sandwich—bread buttered side down, cheese, hashbrowns, bacon, eggs, steak, cheese, bread (buttered side up). Cook until golden brown, flip and repeat. 6.)
