Over ten years of cooking food from scratch in my home and I’ve never made a pork chop. That streak has come to an end…and I don’t regret it one bit. These pork chops from @goodranchers are no joke. So dang good! Here’s that recipe! INGREDIENTS: 3 @goodranchers pork chops 15 won ton wrappers MARINADE: 2 tbsp coconut aminos 1 tbsp olive oil 1 lime juiced 1 tbsp brown sugar 2 tsp sea salt 2 tsp paprika 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp onion powder 2 tsp black pepper 1 tsp chili powder SLAW: 1/2 cup shredded carrots 1/3 cup shredded red onion 3 cups shredded purple cabbage 2 tbsp fresh cilantro 1 lime squeezed 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tsp toasted sesame oil 1 knob fresh ginger or 1/2 tsp ginger powder 1 tsp sea salt 1 tsp honey DIPPING SAUCE: 4 tbsp butter 1 tsp honey 1-2 tsp red pepper flakes 2 tbsp coconut aminos 1/2 cup mayo (homemade recipe on profile) DIRECTIONS: 1.) Cube your pork chops. Place into a bowl. Mix marinade ingredients together and mix into pork chops in the bowl. Place into fridge for 1 hour or 24 hours. 2.) In a pan over medium high heat cook your pork cubes in batches. Set aside once done. 3.) Prepare your slaw ingredients. Mix everything together in a medium bowl. Set in fridge. 4.) In the same pan you cooked your pork chops in melt your butter. Add in honey and red pepper flakes, stir. Add in coconut aminos and cook over medium low heat until it thickens just a bit. Pour into a bowl and place into fridge to cool down. 5.) Lay won ton wrapper flat. Place pork cubes and slaw inside. Roll up like a burrito. Seal end seam with water. 6.) Brush with egg wash and bake in oven at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until slightly golden brown. 7.) Mix butter mixture together with your mayo.
