What you need

cup heavy cream

tbsp vanilla extract

cup cane sugar

pinch salt

chocolate cookies
Instructions
1.) You can warm the milk and stir in the sugar until it dissolves, but the recipe creator usually doesn’t, because it’s one less thing to wash, and the outcome isn’t that drastically different, so they just add it all into the mixer. 2.) Simple combine all ingredients (milk, heavy cream, organic cane sugar, salt, vanilla extract) into your ice cream maker. Place the lid on top and set into your bucket. Fill with ice, then cover the ice with rock salt. Turn the ice cream maker and let stir together for about 20 minutes until creamy. 3.) Once creamy, scoop the ice cream into containers about the size of your chosen cookie, then freeze for a few hours. 4.) Remove from freezer, run under warm water for a few seconds to loosen, and place ice cream onto your cookie. Add top cookie, press together, pick up and enjoy!View original recipe
