What you need

egg nog

cup milk
tbsp ketchup
tsp italian seasoning

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder

tsp mustard powder

tbsp worcestershire

tsp black pepper

cup bread crumbs
lb ground beef

yellow onion

mushroom
clove garlic
tbsp flour
tsp salt

tbsp butter

cup beef broth

tsp worcestershire sauce
Instructions
1: Mix together all first ingredients except olive oil, breadcrumbs, and beef. 2: Mix breadcrumbs together with beef. Pour egg and milk mixture over beef and mix until combined. 3: Form beef into patties. 4: Pour olive oil into a pan over medium-high heat. Add patties to pan and cook until both sides have a nice sear, about 3-4 minutes each side. Remove from pan and set aside. 5: Add remaining olive oil to pan and add in onions and mushrooms. Cook over medium heat until softened. 6: Add in remaining ingredients and stir to combine. 7: Nestle patties into gravy, cover and let cook for 10-15 minutes. 8: Serve Salisbury steaks on a plate topped with a few scoops of gravy.View original recipe
