What you need

chicken breast
tsp dried italian seasoning

tsp paprika

tsp table salt

tsp garlic powder

pinch black pepper

tsp onion powder
Instructions
If chicken is frozen, thaw it by soaking in a bowl of warm water for about an hour. Take the chicken breasts and beat them thin, to about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thickness. Season each chicken breast with approximately 1/2 to 1 teaspoon each of garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and Italian seasoning, plus a few pinches of black pepper. Drizzle a little olive oil on the chicken and massage the seasonings into it. Heat a large pan to medium heat and add a little more olive oil. Lay the seasoned chicken breasts in the pan and cook for 6 to 7 minutes per side, until a nice golden brown crust forms and the chicken is cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.View original recipe
