What you need

tbsp garlic powder

tbsp onion powder
tsp lemon zest

tsp coriander

tbsp paprika

tsp mustard powder

tsp dried dill weed

tbsp black pepper
Instructions
To make dried lemon zest: Zest one whole lemon. Place onto a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake at 200°F for 5-10 minutes, until dried and crispy. Grind into powder between fingers or with a mortar and pestle. Combine all ingredients (including the dried lemon zest) and mix together thoroughly.
