I can’t wait for all the…”easy for you to say from the comfort of your own little bubble” And to that I’d STILL say…stop making excuses for why your kids need 30+ grams of sugar at 7:30 in the morning. You can spout your excuses down in the comments all you want. I’ll still be here sharing full recipes so parents who want to make a change can feed their families healthier, whole food meals, and sit down to enjoy it together instead of gathering in separate rooms in front of their devices. Let’s get to it!

tsp salt & pepper
sweet onion

yukon gold

poblano pepper

cup cheddar cheese

lb beef steak

lb bacon
egg
1.) Cook your bacon to desired doneness. Reserve grease for cooking in. 2.) Add peppers and onions and cook until softened. Set aside. 3.) Add potatoes. Let cook until bottom is crisp and golden brown. Scrape off the pan and keep cooking until sides are crisped and fully cooked. Season with all purpose seasoning of choice. Set aside. 4.) Season steak with salt. Cook over medium high heat on both sides. Place onto cutting board to rest for a few minutes. Dice into small pieces. 5.) Place peppers and potatoes back into pan. Mix in eggs. Once done, stir in cheese. Top with bacon and steak. Place into oven under broiler for a minute or two to reheat and melt everything together. 6.) Serve immediately and enjoy.View original recipe
