tbsp olive oil

tsp dill

tsp onion powder

tbsp fine sea salt

Instructions
1. Slice potatoes thin. 2. Place into a bowl. Drizzle with oil. Add seasonings. Toss to coat. 3. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place potatoes into muffin pan. Bake until potatoes begin to crisp and get brown around the edges. 4. Remove oven. Place a slice of butter on top of each stack. 5. Place back into oven for about ten minutes until potatoes are crispy. 6. Remove from oven. Serve hot and enjoy!
