
Bacon Topped Butternut Squash Mac ‘n’ Cheese

What you need

lb bacon

box noodles

butternut squash

onion
tsp italian seasoning

tsp garlic powder
tsp salt

tsp black pepper
cup chicken broth

olive oil

tbsp butter

oz cream cheese

cup heavy cream

cup cheddar cheese

oz fresh mozzarella

tsp dijon mustard
Instructions
1: Peel, slice, and cube your butternut squash. Roughly dice your onion. Cube your chicken breast. 2: Heat olive oil in a pan. Season your chicken breast with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add to pan and cook until done. Set aside. 3: Sauté your onions until softened. Remove and pour into a blender. 4: Sauté your butternut squash, then add chicken broth (or water), cover with lid, and cook until fork tender. Remove and pour into blender. 5: Melt together butter, cream cheese, and heavy cream. Once combined, add in cheeses and mustard. Stir until combined. Pour into blender. 6: Blend until cheese mixture is evenly blended. 7: Add noodles, chicken and as much cheese mixture back to pan as you desire.
