tbsp sugar
tsp vanilla

cup water

pt heavy cream

cup chocolate chips

cup butter

organic eggs
Instructions
1: Bring water and butter to a boil. 2: Add flour and stir until it forms a ball. 3: Remove from heat and beat in eggs until smooth. 4: Drop 1/4 cup spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 5: Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes, then reduce to 325°F and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown. 6: Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. 7: Mix vanilla and heavy cream together and whip until stiff peaks form. 8: Mix in sugar once cream is whipped and fill cooled puffs with cream. 9: Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired. 10: Serve and enjoy!View original recipe
