What you need

instant yeast
tsp salt
cup warm water

tbsp sour cream

cup olive oil
Instructions
1. Whisk together flour, yeast, and salt. 2. Mix in the water, sour cream, and olive oil. 3. Knead until a uniform ball forms. Cover and place into a bowl in the oven with the light on for about an hour and a half, or until it doubles in size. 4. Remove from bowl and flatten with hands on a floured surface. Roll into a large circle roughly a 1/4 inch thick. 5. Cut into 8-10 pieces depending on desired size of pitas. 6. Cook on a pan over medium heat for about 30 seconds each side. Remove and set aside. 7. Repeat until all pitas have been cooked. Enjoy immediately or store in the freezer.
