What you need

tbsp butter

lb bacon

cup cheddar cheese
cup chicken breast
cup sourdough starter

Instructions
1: Prep all your ingredients. 2: Cook your bacon. 3: Remove some of the bacon grease, add in potatoes and cook until golden brown. 4: Add in 2 tbsp butter. Allow to melt then add in onions and chicken breast. Cook until onions are softened. 5: Remove everything from the pan. Melt a little butter in pan to coat it. Pour in batter and spread around evenly. Allow to cook until it just begins to dry out. 6: Add in potato mixture. Top with cheese. Crack eggs on top, and place into 350°F preheated oven. Cook until eggs are done to your desired. 7: Remove from oven and carefully slide the pizza out from the pan.
