What you need

tsp onion powder

tsp coriander

tsp cumin
tsp italian seasoning

tsp chili powder

tsp black pepper

tsp paprika

cup plain yogurt

tsp garlic powder
tsp fresh dill

tsp fresh garlic

tbsp olive oil

cup cucumber
Instructions
1: To a large bowl, add your chicken, yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, spices, and seasonings. Mix together by hand until coated. 2: Add to a pan and bake in the oven at 400°F until done (165° internal temp). 3: For the sauce, add your yogurt, cucumber (with seeds scooped out), garlic, lemon juice, salt, and dill to a bowl and mix together until combined. 4: When chicken is done, let it cool for a few minutes then chop into cubes. 5: To assemble, lay down some parchment paper, a gyro, sauce, lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, red onions, more sauce.
