What you need

tbsp corn starch

cup celery
sweet onion

tbsp italian seasoning

cup ice water

cup water

tsp black pepper

cup heavy cream

tsp thyme

tbsp flour

tsp garlic powder

tbsp salt
lb chicken breast

cup carrot

peas

cup pie crust
Instructions
1: Add water, veggies, and chicken to a large pot. Cook over medium heat until chicken is cooked. 2: Add in spices and seasonings and peas. Mix together, then add in your heavy cream with flour and corn starch mixed into it. Stir over medium heat until it thickens. Remove from heat and set aside. 3: Cut butter into the flour until pea-sized bits form. Add in salt and water. Mix until it comes together. Knead until smooth and divide into equal pieces. 4: Roll dough into rectangles. Wet the edges of the rectangle. Fill with pie filling. Fold dough over and seal by pinching with a fork. 5: Place on a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Bake at 400°F for about 30-40 minutes or until golden brown on top. 6: Serve and enjoy immediately or freeze for later!View original recipe
