cup chicken broth

cup white wine

bunch spinach

cup parmesan cheese

tbsp garlic powder

cup heavy cream
tbsp italian seasoning
cup flour

tbsp butter

olive oil

tsp black pepper
Instructions
1: Mix flour together with salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. 2: Place chicken thighs into flour mixture and toss until coated. Reserve about 1 cup of the flour mixture. 3: Add olive oil to a pan over medium high heat and cook chicken thighs until golden brown. 4: Cook noodles at any point. 5: Without cleaning your pan, melt 1 tbsp butter with olive oil and then add in garlic. Stir until fragrant. Add in reserved flour until a thick roux forms. Add in broth, cream and wine. Bring to a simmer and stir consistently until it thickens. 6: Add in sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. Once spinach wilts, remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese. 7: Serve atop your noodles and cover everything with sauce!View original recipe
