
Bacon Wrapped Pickle Poppers

Delicious bacon wrapped pickle poppers, made with ground beef and cheese, baked to perfection. This recipe features two variations: one with jalapeños and one without, perfect for gatherings or family visits.

What you need

jalapeno

lb ground beef

lb bacon

cup shredded cheddar

bbq sauce

seasoned salt
Instructions
1: Brown your ground beef and set aside. 2: Slice your pickles in half lengthwise and scoop out the center with a spoon. 3: Fill the center back in with hamburger and top with cheese and all purpose seasoning. 4: Wrap half of the pickles in bacon as is, and if making the jalapeño versions as well, stuff the other half inside a hollowed out jalapeño, then wrap those in bacon too. 5: Place onto a cooling rack on top of a baking sheet then into the oven at 350° for about 20 minutes, or until bacon reaches desired crispness. 6: Remove from oven, brush both sides with BBQ sauce, then place back in oven for 5-10 minutes. 7: Remove and devour immediately.
