
Bang Bang Egg Rolls

What you need

egg roll wrappers
egg

tbsp garlic powder

tbsp seasoned salt

tbsp paprika

cup flour

tbsp corn starch

tsp garlic powder

tsp seasoned salt

tsp paprika

cup mayo

tbsp hot sauce
tbsp raw honey

cup cabbage

cup red onion

cup carrot

cup cilantro

cup mayo

tsp dijon mustard
tsp raw honey

tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
1: Slice your tofu into strips and then cut the strips in half. 2: Mix together your garlic powder, all purpose seasoning, paprika, and egg. Toss in sticks until well coated. 3: Mix flour, corn starch, garlic powder, all purpose seasoning, and paprika together. Toss tofu sticks until coated. 4: Heat your olive (or avocado) oil over medium low heat. Fry sticks until golden brown. Once done, remove and let rest. 5: While frying, mix your cole slaw ingredients together. Cover and place in fridge. 6: Mix all your bang bang sauce ingredients together. 7: Combine your fried tofu and half your bang bang sauce. Toss to coat. 8: Lay an egg roll wrapper down. Add a scoop of cole slaw, then a few tofu sticks, then roll wrapper over folding in the sides and wetting the end with water so it sticks together. 9: Fry egg rolls until golden brown. Flip over & fry the other side. Remove & let rest on paper towel. 10: Use extra bang bang sauce for dipping. Serve & Enjoy!View original recipe
