Instructions
1: Combine spices in a bowl. 2: Add the ketchup, vinegar, and brown sugar to a small saucepan. Stir in spices and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Pour into a bowl and place into fridge to cool. 3: Heat oil over medium-high heat. Add in onions. Cook for 5 minutes, until softened. Add in garlic and cook until fragrant, 2-3 minutes. 4: Add the chicken, paprika, and Worcestershire. Let cook for about two minutes, until chicken is mostly cooked through. Add in BBQ sauce and stir to combine. Lower the heat to about medium and let simmer and thicken up while buttering the slices of bread. 5: In a large pan, over medium heat, lay out 1-2 slices of bread, butter side down. Lay down a slice of cheese. Pile chicken mixture on top. Place another piece of cheese and then the top piece of bread. Using a spatula, press sandwich together. Cook until crispy golden brown and then flip over and cook on the other side until golden brown as well. 6: Remove from pan and allow to cool a little bit. Slice from corner to corner and enjoy!View original recipe
