lb chicken leg

tbsp paprika

tbsp garlic powder

tbsp onion powder

tsp thyme

tbsp salt

tsp black pepper

cup bbq sauce

tbsp dijon mustard

tsp apple cider vinegar

tsp hot sauce
Instructions
1: Place thawed chicken onto a cookie sheet and pat dry. 2: Place chicken into a large bowl. Sprinkle with all the spices and massage into the chicken until it’s evenly covered. 3: If using chicken wings and legs, place them onto two separate cookie sheets lined with foil. 4: Lay chicken onto the sheets, making sure not to crowd them, so they can crisp up in the oven. 5: Preheat oven to 400°. Bake for roughly 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°. 6: Place all BBQ ingredients into a large bowl and stir to combine. 7: Remove chicken from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Place chicken into the BBQ bowl and toss to coat. 8: Serve alongside some homemade French fries or sautéed veggies.View original recipe
