What you need

lb chicken

tsp salt

cilantro

cup ketchup

cup soy sauce

cup orange juice

clove garlic

tbsp brown sugar

tsp ground ginger

cup broccoli

cup carrot

cup cabbage

cup red onion

cup mayo

tbsp apple cider vinegar

tbsp mustard

tbsp maple syrup

salt & pepper
Instructions
1: Slice & dice all your vegetables for your slaw. 2: Mix your slaw sauce (mayo, acv, mustard, maple syrup, salt and pepper). Add in your vegetables and mix together. Put in fridge until needed. 3: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium high heat. Add chicken breasts in and sprinkle with salt. Cook 5-7 minutes each side. 4: Remove from heat and dice small or shred chicken. 5: Lay your wonton wrappers out. Add in 1 tbsp of the chicken and slaw. Wet your fingers, fold up the opposite edges, and stick them together so it seals shut. 6: Place the finished tacos onto a large baking sheet. Spray with cooking spray, and place into oven 400° for 15 minutes. 7: While the tacos cook, make the BBQ sauce. In a sauce pan over medium-high heat combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Stir until sauce thickens, then remove from heat. Pour onto tacos and/or use as a dipping sauce. 8: ENJOY!View original recipe
