
BBQ Chicken Wonton Wraps
A tasty recipe for BBQ chicken wonton wraps that combines seasoned chicken with a fresh slaw, all wrapped in an egg roll wrapper and baked to perfection. This dish is sure to please at dinner time!
What you need
lb chicken thigh
tbsp brown sugar

tsp onion powder

tsp garlic powder

tsp paprika

tbsp olive oil
cup ketchup

cup soy sauce

cup orange juice
clove garlic
tbsp brown sugar

tsp ground ginger
cup broccoli

cup baby carrots

cup white cabbage

cup red onion
cup mayo
tbsp apple cider vinegar

tbsp mustard
tbsp maple syrup
salt & pepper
Instructions
1: Slice & dice all your vegetables for your slaw. 2: Mix your slaw sauce (mayo, apple cider vinegar, mustard, maple syrup, salt and pepper) and add in your vegetables. Put in fridge until needed. 3: Drizzle chicken breasts with olive oil and coat with seasonings. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes on each side. 4: Remove from heat, let cool, then dice or shred chicken. 5: Lay your egg roll wrappers out. Add in 1 tbsp of the chicken and slaw each, roll closed like a burrito, and seal with wet fingers. 6: Place the finished wraps onto a large baking sheet, spray with cooking spray, and bake at 400° for 15 minutes. 7: Meanwhile, make the BBQ sauce in a sauce pan over medium heat by combining all ingredients and bringing to a boil until thickened.View original recipe
