Delicious BBQ pork ribs that are easy to make without a smoker. This flavorful dish uses a homemade dry rub and BBQ sauce, perfect for a satisfying meal.
1: Peel the thin membrane off the back of the ribs.
2: Preheat oven to 300°. Combine all dry rub ingredients in a bowl. Place ribs meat side up on a baking sheet. Rub with mustard and sprinkle dry rub on top. Rub in thoroughly. Flip ribs and repeat. Cover baking sheet tightly with foil.
3: Place covered ribs into the oven for 2.5 to 3 hours.
4: Make BBQ sauce by combining all ingredients in a saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
5: Remove ribs from the oven and foil. Brush with BBQ sauce and broil for roughly 5 minutes.
6: Let cool for 10-20 minutes before serving.
