tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder

tbsp chili powder

tbsp paprika

tsp cayenne

tsp fine sea salt

tsp black pepper

cup ketchup

cup brown sugar

tbsp worcestershire sauce

tbsp apple cider vinegar

tsp salt
Instructions
1: Peel the thin membrane off the back of the ribs. 2: Preheat oven to 300°. Combine all dry rub ingredients in a bowl. Place ribs meat side up on a baking sheet. Rub with mustard and sprinkle dry rub on top. Rub in thoroughly. Flip ribs and repeat. Cover baking sheet tightly with foil. 3: Place covered ribs into the oven for 2.5 to 3 hours. 4: Make BBQ sauce by combining all ingredients in a saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. 5: Remove ribs from the oven and foil. Brush with BBQ sauce and broil for roughly 5 minutes. 6: Let cool for 10-20 minutes before serving.View original recipe
