Instructions
1: Lay your brisket on a large piece of foil and rub a generous amount of mustard over the entire thing. Coat generously with seasoning and gently massage into meat. 2: Wrap brisket in foil so it's sealed well, then place into the oven at 250° until the internal temp reaches about 185°—about 2 hours. 3: Bake potatoes however you choose (microwave, oven, air fryer, etc.). Cut in half and scoop out most of the center into a large bowl. 4: In that bowl, add your milk, butter, sour cream, chives, salt, and pepper. Mash to desired consistency. 5: Place a large scoop of the potatoes back into the potato shells. Top with a handful of brisket and cheese. Bake in the oven at 300° until warmed through and cheese is melted—about ten minutes. 6: Top with flaky salt, parsley, sour cream, or whatever your heart desires. 7: Dig in and enjoy. 8: Drop a ❤️and let me know when you’ll be making these!View original recipe
