A delicious buffalo steak tortilla made with crispy bacon, eggs, and potatoes, layered between large tortillas and served hot.

What you need

lb beef steak

bacon

egg nog
potato

shredded cheese

butter

salt

pepper
Instructions
1: Shred your potatoes. Heat pan to medium high heat. Melt butter. Add potatoes cook til golden brown. Flip. Remove when done. 2: Pat steak dry. Season with salt and pepper. Add to pan and cook to desired doneness. Remove and let rest. 3: Cook bacon to your desired crispiness…or just barely warm it up of you’re like my kids. 4: Cook eggs however you prefer. 5: Lay down one tortilla. Add cheese, then steam, then bacon, then eggs, hash browns, cheese and top with another tortilla. 6: Cook tortillas over medium heat until the cheese is melted and tortillas are crisped. Flip and repeat. 7: Remove, slide, serve and enjoy immediately.View original recipe
