What you need

oz cream cheese

cup sugar

cup heavy whipping cream

cup sour cream

tbsp flour

tsp vanilla

graham cracker
Instructions
1: Using a paring, or other small knife, slice the tops off your strawberries and then carefully carve out the center as much as possible without piercing through to the outside. Place upside down into a piece of paper towel to dry. 2: Mix together your sugar and cream cheese until fully combined. 3: Mix in your remaining ingredients, except graham crackers. Stir until fully combined. It should be the consistency of creamy peanut butter. 4: Grab a plastic sandwich bag (or piping bag if you have one) and fill it with the cheesecake mixture. Seal the bag and cut off a small portion of the bottom corner. 5: Proceed to fill all your strawberries until overflowing. 6: Place them neatly onto plate or in a glass baking dish (do not use a cookie sheet or other container with a nonstick coating). 7: Either dip the strawberries upside down into the Graham cracker crumbs or sprinkle the crumbs on top. 8: Serve and enjoy watching your family or guests fuss over who’s going to get the last one.View original recipe
