What you need

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp tomato paste

tbsp hoisin sauce
tbsp vinegar
tsp brown sugar
tsp fresh ginger
tsp red chili flakes

tbsp corn starch

lb chicken breast

tbsp corn starch

black pepper

tbsp olive oil
cup broccoli crown

cup carrot

cup onion
clove garlic

cup snap peas
Instructions
1: Whisk together chicken stock, soy sauce, tomato paste, hoisin sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, fresh ginger, red chili flakes, and corn starch in a bowl and set aside. 2: Add chicken to a bowl and toss with corn starch and black pepper. 3: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and add chicken. 4: Cook chicken fully, then add in broccoli, carrots, onions, and garlic. 5: Add 2 tablespoons of water and cover with a lid for 7-10 minutes. Veggies should still have a food snap to them. 6: If using, add sugar snap peas and cook for an additional 5 minutes. 7: Pour the sauce over the chicken and veggies, stir to combine, and serve over rice or eat by itself.View original recipe
