What you need

cup olive oil

cup milk
tsp salt

tsp onion powder

tsp garlic powder

tsp paprika

cup unbleached all purpose flour

tbsp corn starch

tsp baking powder

tsp black pepper

ripe banana
tbsp brown sugar

tsp baking soda
tsp salt
cup maple syrup

tbsp butter

tbsp hot sauce
Instructions
1: Mix buttermilk ingredients together in a large bowl. 2: Pound chicken breasts thin, slice in half, and then place into buttermilk. Mix to combine and place in fridge. 3: Mix all flour crust ingredients together and set aside. 4: Mix all waffle ingredients together and add milk to reach desired consistency. 5: Begin making your waffles using a waffle maker. 6: Remove chicken from fridge. Coat chicken with flour, one piece at a time. 7: Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken in batches. Place onto a paper towel to cool. 8: Lay down a waffle, top with chicken, drizzle with maple sauce, and top with remaining waffle. Enjoy!View original recipe
