What you need
lb chicken breast

cup broccoli

clove garlic

tbsp apple cider vinegar

tsp crushed red pepper

tbsp fish sauce

tbsp coconut sugar

egg nog
Instructions
1: Combine the vinegar, red pepper, fish sauce, and sugar and stir together. 2: Slice your chicken breast into thin strips 2 inches long. Toss in the vinegar mixture, add in your garlic and mix, cover and place into fridge for while you prep remaining ingredients. 3: Dice broccoli small and begin cooking noodles. 4: Pour chicken mixture into a pan heated to medium high heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about ten minutes, until chicken is almost whitely cooked. 5: Add in broccoli. Cook, stirring frequently, until broccoli just starts to soften, but still has a good snap to it. Pour in eggs and cook just until they’re cooked, stirring constantly.
