What you need

cup salsa

tbsp lime juice

tsp cumin

tsp chili powder

tsp onion powder

clove garlic

tbsp cilantro

cup cooked chicken

cup cheddar cheese

flour tortilla

kosher salt

olive oil cooking spray
Instructions
1: Add 1 tbsp olive oil to a pan and heat to medium high heat. Add chicken, salt generously, and cook on both sides until fully cooked. 2: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 3: In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, salsa, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, onion powder and garlic. Once combined, stir in the cilantro. Add the chicken and cheese; mix thoroughly. 4: Spoon about 1/3 cup of the chicken mixture onto the lower third of a tortilla. Roll the tortilla tightly. 5: Place the rolled tortilla seam side down on the baking sheet. Repeat with remaining tortillas until the mixture is gone. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt. 6: Bake for 15 minutes or until crisp and golden.View original recipe
