tsp salt

cup semisweet chocolate chips

cup flour

tsp salt

tbsp butter

cup butter

tbsp ice water
Instructions
1: Whisk your dry ingredients together. 2: Whisk in your vanilla and melted butter until fully combined and sugar is dissolved. 3: Separate the cookie dough into two equal portions. 4: Make your pie crust by mixing together your flour, salt, and both butters. 5: Once you have a crumbly dough, add in your ice water a little at a time just until you have a uniform dough mixture. Separate into two portions. 6: Roll out your crust on a lightly floured surface. Place into a lightly oiled ramekin and fill with half your cookie dough. 7: Roll out the other portion of dough for the top of the pie, cut a few slits for it to breathe, and spread with a little melted butter. 8: Repeat for the second ramekin and place into a preheated oven at 375°F. 9: Remove from oven once it’s golden brown and let cool.
