Creamy Meatballs

1: Cook onion and garlic until softened.

2: Combine with all meatball ingredients.

3: Roll into golf ball sized balls and set in fridge for 15 mins.

4: Combine all sauce ingredients except butter, flour, and sour cream in a medium bowl.

5: Brown meatballs in a pan and remove, setting aside.

6: Melt butter and stir in flour, then add in the broth mixture.

7: Stir in the sour cream and add the meatballs back in, stirring to combine.
