Delicious meatballs covered in a creamy sauce, reminiscent of beef stroganoff but unique in its own way. The dish includes a rich combination of ground beef, onion, garlic, and a variety of seasonings, topped with a savory sauce made from butter, flour, and beef broth.
What you need

cup yellow onion
clove garlic

cup panko breadcrumbs

cup parmesan cheese
egg

cup milk
tsp salt

tsp oregano

tsp ground allspice

tsp ground nutmeg

tsp pepper
lb ground beef

tbsp butter
tbsp flour

cup beef broth

chicken bouillon

tsp worcestershire sauce

tsp dijon mustard

tsp dried parsley

cup sour cream
Instructions
1: Cook onion and garlic until softened. 2: Combine with all meatball ingredients. 3: Roll into golf ball sized balls and set in fridge for 15 mins. 4: Combine all sauce ingredients except butter, flour, and sour cream in a medium bowl. 5: Brown meatballs in a pan and remove, setting aside. 6: Melt butter and stir in flour, then add in the broth mixture. 7: Stir in the sour cream and add the meatballs back in, stirring to combine.View original recipe
