These delicious crispy herbed potato stacks are a kid-favorite and super easy to make. Using baby potatoes or any kind you like, you'll season them with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning, stack them in a muffin pan, and bake until they're golden. Perfect as a side dish or snack!

What you need

tbsp olive oil

tbsp fine sea salt

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder
tsp italian seasoning

tsp dill

tsp black pepper

Instructions
1: Slice potatoes thin. 2: Place into a bowl. Drizzle with oil. Add seasonings. Toss to coat. 3: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place potatoes into muffin pan. Bake until potatoes begin to crisp and get brown around the edges. 4: Remove from oven. Place a slice of butter on top of each stack. 5: Place back into oven for about ten minutes until potatoes are crispy. 6: Remove from oven. Serve hot and enjoy!View original recipe
