
Dinner with Chicken Wings
A full dinner plan featuring dry rub chicken wings, creamy dill cucumber salad, and crispy potato wedges, perfect for feeding a family of 6. The chicken wings are seasoned and baked to perfection, complemented by a refreshing cucumber salad and deliciously crispy potato wedges.
What you need

tbsp garlic powder

tbsp onion powder

tbsp paprika

lb chicken wing
cup mayo

tsp black pepper

tbsp sugar

tbsp balsamic vinegar

cup red onion

cucumber

lb potato

tbsp garlic powder

tbsp paprika

Instructions
1: Dry chicken wings on paper towels. 2: Mix spices together and drizzle 2 tbsp olive oil over wings, then massage in half of the dry rub. 3: Massage in the remaining dry rub and place in the fridge for at least an hour. 4: Preheat oven to 400°. Spread wings on a cookie sheet and bake for 40 minutes. 5: Peel and slice cucumbers thin into a large bowl. 6: Combine mayo, salt, black pepper, sugar, balsamic vinegar, and red onion in a small bowl. 7: Pour mayo mixture over cucumbers if eating right away; otherwise, refrigerate and pour before serving. 8: Slice potatoes in half and then into fourths. 9: Submerge potatoes in water and ice for at least 30 minutes. 10: Drizzle potatoes with olive oil and spices, toss to coat, and lay on a cookie sheet. 11: Bake at 450° for 20 minutes, flip, then bake for an additional 15 minutes.View original recipe
