tortilla

cup green cabbage
cup red cabbage

cup cilantro

cup red wine vinegar

tbsp sugar

tsp salt

tsp black pepper

mango

red onion
lime

cup mayonnaise

tbsp hot sauce

tbsp garlic powder

tsp chili powder

tsp cumin

tsp paprika

tsp onion powder

tsp coriander

tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1: Combine cabbage & cilantro. 2: Combine rest of slaw ingredients. Stir together and pour over cabbage. Refrigerate. 3: Stir to combine all mango salsa ingredients together. Refrigerate. 4: Stir all spicy mayo ingredients together. 5: Combine all fish dry rub ingredients and stir together. 6: Place fish onto a baking sheet, gently rub spice mixture into fish on both sides. 7: Preheat the oven to 350°. Bake for 15-20 minutes based on the type of fish used. 8: Spread spicy mayo on the tortilla, place a generous portion of fish on top, and top with slaw and mango salsa.
