What you need

yellow onion

balsamic vinegar

cheese

slice bread
egg

cup avocado oil

tsp salt

tsp dijon mustard

tsp lemon juice
Instructions
1: Add olive oil to a pan and sauté onions until softened. Add in balsamic vinegar and a little salt, stir until softened. 2: Season steaks as you desire, usually with a generous amount of salt and black pepper. 3: Once onions are caramelized, set aside. 4: Heat the same pan to medium high heat. Cook steaks to desired doneness. Once done, let rest for about ten minutes, then slice into strips. 5: Combine all mayo ingredients, adding oil last. Blend with an emulsion blender until thickened, about 20-30 seconds. 6: Chop up about 1/3 of your onions and add to mayo. 7: Butter your bread and lay it onto a pan over medium heat. Spread mayo, then steak, then onions, cheese, more mayo, then top piece of bread. Flip once golden brown. Remove when golden on the other side. 8: Repeat for remaining sandwiches. Slice, serve, and enjoy!View original recipe
