A quick and easy one-pan dinner of steak bites cooked with garlic and fresh herbs, perfect to excite your tastebuds. This dish combines high-quality steak with fresh basil and a rich butter sauce, served over mashed potatoes.

potato
clove garlic

cup basil

cup butter

tbsp olive oil
tsp salt

tsp paprika

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder

tsp black pepper

tsp coriander

tsp red pepper flake

tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1: Slice your steak into cubes and place into a medium bowl, drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. 2: Stir seasonings together in a small bowl. Pour over top steak and massage into meat. 3: Heat a cast iron skillet to medium high heat. Add in steak tips and spread into a single layer. Sear steak tips—should take about 6 minutes total. 4: Lower heat to medium. Add butter to your pan. Once melted, add in your garlic and basil. Stir it together and then mix your steak tips with the butter. Let everything cook together for another minute or two. Remove from heat and let sit for a few minutes. 5: Serve atop some mashed potatoes. Enjoy with family and friends, or eat them all yourself!View original recipe
