What you need

garlic clove

tsp dried thyme
tsp oregano

tsp onion powder

tsp cayenne

tsp black pepper
tsp salt

Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400° when ready. 2: Slice 1 lemon into 6-8 slices and another in half (for squirting on top of trout). 3: Mince your garlic. 4: Mix the oil and spices together. 5: On a cookie sheet, pour the oil and spice mixture over the trout filets. Run it in thoroughly. 6: Place fish into oven for roughly 30 minutes.
