
Grilled Chicken Cheese Sandwich

Quick and easy smashed grilled chicken and cheese sandwiches loaded with flavor. Perfect for any night of the week, these sandwiches are made with pounded chicken, hearty bread, and Gouda cheese, served with a spicy Sri Racha mayo.

What you need
tsp salt

tsp paprika

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder

tsp black pepper

tbsp olive oil

tbsp butter
slice gouda

tbsp sriracha
cup mayo
Instructions
1: Pound chicken to 1/2” thick. Lay flat on a large baking sheet & sprinkle with all seasonings on both sides. Rub in thoroughly. 2: Heat a pan with 1 tbsp olive oil to medium high heat & cook on each side for about 5 minutes. Repeat until all chicken is cooked. 3: Slice & butter one side of your bread. Lay buttered side down. Place chicken & cheese on top. Lay another slice of buttered bread on top, buttered side up, and place into pan, cooking for 4 minutes over medium heat. Flip and cook the other side for another 4 minutes. 4: Transfer to a cutting board to cool. Slice & serve with Sri Racha Mayo—simply mix Mayo & Sri Racha together.View original recipe
