What you need

hamburger bun

onion

cheese

tbsp salt

tbsp garlic powder

tsp black pepper

tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
1: Scoop out 1/2 cup of hamburger and loosely form into patties. Place into fridge while prepping and cooking onions. 2: Cut onions in half, then slice. Heat a large pan with olive oil over medium heat. Cook until softened. Add balsamic vinegar and cook until caramelized, about 20 more minutes. 3: Remove from pan and set onions aside. Lay your patties in the pan, sprinkle with salt, garlic and pepper, then cook for 4-5 minutes and then flip and sprinkle again. 4: Once cooked to your desired doneness, lightly chop patties with a turner, then top with onions and cheese. Cook another minute or two, then remove from pan. 5: Place one or two patties on a bun, serve and enjoy.View original recipe
