tbsp olive oil

cup sourdough starter

Instructions
1: Combine all dry ingredients together and give a quick mix. 2: Add in all your wet ingredients. If using yeast, make sure to dissolve it in some warm water first, before adding to mixture. 3: Stir until it roughly comes together. Dump out onto counter. 4: Knead for 5 minutes until dough is a uniform consistency. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 30 minutes. 5: Roll your ball into a log and divide into 6 even pieces. 6: Flatten each piece by hand or with a rolling pin until it reaches the desired size. 7: Heat a pan to medium heat. Spray with nonstick spray. Lay down your flatbread. Cook until top starts to dry out and bottom is browned. Spray top with nonstick spray and flip. Cook for another minute or two. Remove and let cool. Repeat until done.View original recipe
