What you need

tbsp flour

tbsp butter

cup full fat milk

cup heavy cream

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder

tsp paprika

tsp cayenne pepper

tsp chili powder

tsp seasoned salt

tbsp dijon mustard

tsp worcestershire sauce

cup cheddar cheese

cup mozzarella cheese

tbsp italian seasoning
Instructions
1: Cook noodles, drain and set aside. 2: Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat. Once melted, add in flour. Whisk until a thick paste forms. Pour in milk and heavy cream, whisk until of uniform consistency. 3: Pour in seasonings and mix until combined. Preheat oven to 350°F. 4: Add in mustard and Worcestershire sauce, stir, then add 1/2 cup of cheddar and mozzarella cheese and mix until thick and creamy. Keep stirring until it thickens up a bit. 5: Once thickened, add in your noodles and fold until they’re evenly coated. 6: Grab a 9x13 baking dish and coat with nonstick spray. Add in half your Mac mixture. Top with half of remaining cheeses and 1/2 tbsp of Italian seasoning. Add remaining Mac mixture. Top with remaining cheese and Italian seasoning. 7: Place into oven for 15 minutes. Remove and let cool for ten. Serve and enjoy!View original recipe
