A quick, easy, and healthy one-pan dinner featuring chicken breasts marinated in lemon and spices, served over a bed of rice with a creamy lemon pepper sauce.

What you need

cup cooked rice

cup parmesan cheese

lemon

cup heavy cream

tbsp olive oil
tsp salt

tsp black pepper

tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1: Combine juice from one whole lemon, olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a bowl. Stir to combine. 2: Add chicken to bowl, mix until fully coated. Cover and place in fridge to marinate for at least 30 minutes. 3: Heat pan to medium high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside. 4: Deglaze pan with juice from remaining lemon. Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly until heated through. Add in Parmesan cheese and a pinch or two of pepper.
