What you need

lb chicken breast
lb baby bella mushroom

yellow onion
clove garlic

tbsp butter
cup flour

cup beef broth

tbsp olive oil

tsp dried thyme

tbsp worcestershire sauce

tbsp dijon mustard

cup sour cream
salt

pepper
Instructions
1: Add olive oil to pan, cooking chicken 6-7 minutes on each side, until fully done. Remove from pan & set aside. 2: Begin cooking pasta on a separate burner according to packaged directions. 3: Melt the butter over medium heat. Add in mushrooms & onions. Cook until all liquid has been released. Add in garlic, cooking for an additional minute. 4: Add in flour, stirring until evenly combined. 5: Pour in half of the broth, mixing evenly after each until fully added. 6: Add thyme, salt, and pepper; stir. Add in Worcestershire, mustard, & sour cream. Stir until you have a perfectly creamy consistency. Bring to a simmer until sauce thickens. 7: Add in chicken and noodles.
