
Pesto Chicken Breasts

What you need

tsp garlic powder

tsp paprika

cup parmesan cheese

fl oz lemon juice
tsp salt
tbsp italian seasoning

fl oz balsamic vinegar

cup fresh basil

pepper

oz mozzarella cheese

fresh tomatoes

lb chicken breast

clove garlic clove

cup pine nut
Instructions
1: Add basil and pine nuts to a food processor and mix. Then add Parmesan and garlic, mix. Slowly add in olive oil and mix. Mix in by hand your lemon juice, salt, and pepper until desired taste is achieved. 2: Slice chicken breasts lengthwise. Spread pesto, then mozzarella, balsamic, then Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. 3: Close the chicken breast. Drizzle olive oil. Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and top with Parmesan cheese. Secure chicken breast with kitchen twine. 4: Bake at 400°F until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
