What you need

lb ground beef

yellow onion

bell pepper
cup provolone

Instructions
1: Prepare all your ingredients. Slice your peppers and onions into 3 inch strips. Set aside. 2: Heat a large pan to medium heat. Add in your ground beef. Cook until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside, leaving some of the beef fat in the pan. 3: In the same pan, add your peppers and onions. Cook until softened. Salt and pepper to taste, continuing to cook until they begin to brown and soften. 4: Add in your ground beef.
