A quick and easy version of the iconic Philly cheesesteak made with ground beef, peppers, onions, and melted cheese served over rice or mashed potatoes.
Prepare all your ingredients. Slice your peppers and onions into 3 inch strips. Set aside.

In the same pan, add your peppers and onions. Cook until softened. Salt and pepper to taste, continuing to cook until they begin to brown and soften.
Add in your ground beef. Stir to combine.
Add in your desired cheeses, stirring until melted and mixed throughout.
Serve atop rice or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
