
Redneck Rice

A family favorite dish combining smoked sausage, ground beef, vegetables, and cheddar cheese all mixed with rice and baked until melted. This quick recipe can be whipped up in just 30 minutes!

What you need

lb ground beef

sweet pepper
sweet onion

celery

tbsp seasoned salt

salt

tbsp smoked paprika
cup cooked rice

cup cheddar cheese

tbsp hot sauce

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp dijon mustard
Instructions
1: Prepare all your veggies and slice your sausage. 2: Cook your rice. 3: Brown your beef and add in 1 tbsp all-purpose seasoning. 4: Remove browned beef from pan and set aside. Return pan to stove and add in sausage and veggies. Add in remaining tbsp of all-purpose seasoning. Salt to taste. Preheat oven to 350°. 5: When veggies have softened, add in beef and paprika. Once mixed in, stir in your rice until evenly combined. 6: Top with cheddar cheese. Place into oven for about 5 minutes, just until cheese melts. Alternatively, you could just place a cover on the dish over low heat for a few minutes to melt the cheese. 7: Mix your sauce ingredients together.
